Dominic J. Carini lived in Ridgefield, Connecticut. He attended The Catholic University of America from 1946-1950 and majored in Electrical Engineering. While at CUA, he was involved in the student chapters of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers (AIEE), and WGIB, an informal student radio station held in Gibbons Hall, and heard only in Gibbons Hall. He received his BEE in 1950. Carini also served in the 34th Infantry Division in Italy.
The material in this collection was personally donated to The Catholic University of America by Dominic J. Carini. The collection includes programs from dances, invitations and programs from commencement exercises from 1948-1951, and scanned photographs from 1946-1950.
Series 1 contains memorabilia, including programs from dances, invitations and programs from commencement exercises. Series 2 is comprised of the scanned photographs.
