The Oliveira Lima Library (OLL) celebrates its Centennial Anniversary in 2024. To mark this historic moment, we will embark on the centennial journey starting on February 5th, the official day of the opening. The month of May will be dedicated to the Portuguese language, followed by a month-long celebration in August dedicated to Flora de Oliveira Lima. October will be devoted to Latin America and the 4th anniversary of the opening of the Institute for Latin American and Iberian Studies. The centennial year will conclude in December with a Symposium celebrating the history of one of the finest repositories of its kind in the United States and the legacy of Manoel de Oliveira Lima.
